Agent Donna Derrick Brings Numerous Certifications To Davidson Realty

We are pleased to welcome Donna Derrick to our team of 60+ agents! Donna has more than 12 years of experience as an agent and holds several real estate certifications.

“Donna has rich industry experience and is always focused on ensuring her customers have the best experience possible. She is a fantastic addition to the Davidson team,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Donna originates from New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting before relocating to East Tennessee and pursuing a career in real estate in 2004. Donna went on to obtain a broker’s license in 2007, after which she led a large real estate firm for several years.

She holds numerous designations including e-PRO certification, Accredited Buyer’s
Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Donna moved to the First Coast in 2015 with her husband Dan and two small rescue pups. In her free time, Donna enjoys boating, traveling, reading and spending time with family. She is also a dedicated supporter of the Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee.

Today, Donna is eager to utilize her industry know-how to help buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Florida.
