We are pleased to welcome yet another experienced professional in Ethel Henry! Ethel joins our real estate team with many years of experience in accounting and real estate sales.

“Ethel’s uniquely diverse financial and sales experience, and her commitment to customer service, make her a valuable asset to buyers and sellers,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Ethel began her career in accounting at the Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky. She relocated to Northeast Florida in 1988 and shifted into real estate, working in property management, accounting and sales. Ethel holds real estate licenses in Kentucky and Florida.

She has a degree in accounting from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Aspen University. Ethel is also a Certified Negotiations Expert, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and a Military Relocation Professional.

She and her husband have two Golden Doodles, Daisy and Dude, and a little Cornish Rex cat named Bumper.
