Real Estate Pro Brian Martin Joins Davidson

We are delighted to welcome Brian Martin to Team Davidson! Brian may be one of our newer agents, but he’s certainly not new to the field. He has been a licensed Realtor for 15 years and boasts experience in commercial and residential sales, property management and homebuilder sales and marketing.

“Brian has time-tested experience within many facets of real estate,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “Between his industry expertise and dedication to superior service, Brian will be a valuable asset to his clients.”

Brian earned a degree in communications and video production from Lyndon State College in Vermont before setting out on a television career. He moved over to real estate in 1995, working in property management. Brian earned his license in 2001 and shifted to commercial and residential sales. He spent years in sales and marketing with national home builders including Centex, Mattamy and Standard Pacific.

During his time in the industry, Brian has earned several designations, including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute certification), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and E-Pro (internet real estate professional). He is eager to get started helping his customers through the real estate process.

Brian recently overcame a battle with lymphoma, and as a proud cancer survivor, he is eager to live life to the fullest through his passion for real estate and beyond. He is also an avid world traveler and enjoys acting, hanging out with his two labradoodles and spending time with his son, who is a student at UNF.
