July was another great month for our Jacksonville Realtors! The team brought in $9.2 million in sales and $9.4 million in closings. We had 25 different agents with sales and 25 different agents with closings during the month. Congratulations to our entire team on a great July. We have to give special recognition to our Realtors on Top – Amy, Terri and Mirtha!

Top Realtors in July:

The Top Listing Agent for July is Amy Anderson with over $750,000 in listings sold and over $1.1 million in total sales. Amy sold three of her listings during July and she brought one of the buyers. Not only is Amy one of our Top Realtors in July, she also welcomed her third child! Congratulations on being a Top Realtor and on the birth of baby Reid!

Our Top Sales Agent for the month is Terri Apodaca with over $900,000 in sales. Terri had three sales during July, including new home construction with Mattamy Homes. Terri just celebrated her one-year anniversary working at Davidson in July! She is truly taking her business to the next level.

The Top Producing Agent for July is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.2 million in closings. Mirtha had four transactions in July. She has been one of our Top Realtors for 6 of the last 7 months in 2016. This is going to be an incredible year for her business and her customers!
