Davidson Realty MVP Spotlight: Shelley Nemethy

Davidson Realty sponsors an annual baseball-themed contest in which the firm’s Realtors split into “teams” and compete to be champions in production and sales. This year’s championship team is the Red Sox. Each month we profile a top producer from that team.

Team Member: Shelley Nemethy

Hometown: Shelley was raised in Henderson, Kentucky, but considers St. Augustine her hometown.

Specialties: She has worked with many first-time home buyers, buyers relocating to our area for work, as well as farm and land sales.

2015 Production: $4.5 million sold (and Rising Star Real Estate Award through Five Star Professional)

• Shelley is a mother to twin daughters and her husband has a rhyming name (Timothy Nemethy).
