Another strong month for Team Davidson in November! We had $5.2 million in sales and 30 closings during the month totaling $7.7 million. We have 60 full-time Realtors that service everywhere from Palm Coast to downtown Jacksonville and everywhere in between. Congratulations to our entire team on a strong month. We have to give special recognition to our two ladies on top – Shelley Nemethy and Jennifer Todd!

Our Top Listing Agent and Top Producing Agent for November is Shelley Nemethy with $600,000 in listings sold and $1.6 million in closings. Shelley had five closings during the month everywhere from Melrose, Florida to the Southside of Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Shelley also sold an equestrian property in St. Augustine. She specializes in everything from land sales to residential homes!

Our Top Sales Agent for the month is Jennifer Todd with $600,000 in buyer sales. Jennifer sold two new construction homes in St. Augustine with Lennar Homes and D.R. Horton. Jennifer has expertise in helping customers buy new home construction. She also specializes in Jacksonville Beach and the entire beaches area.
