Celebrating our Top Realtors in December & the 4th Quarter of 2016!

Our Realtors finished the year strong! We had almost $7 million in sales and over $6 million in closings for the month of December, which led to a great last quarter for our team. We ended the 4th Quarter with over $18 million in sales and $20 million in closings. Congrats to the entire team on a great year!

 

Here are our Tops for December:
The Top Producer is Erin Mount with over $1 million in closings.
The Top Sales agent is Ann Kuss with over $940,000 in sales.
Our Top Listing Agent is Amy Anderson with $525,000 in listings sold and $850,000 in total sales.

The Tops for the 4th Quarter:
The Top Producer is Suzy Evans with over $2.5 million in closings for the quarter.
The Top Sales Agent is Shelley Nemethy with $2.6 million in sales for the quarter.
The Top Listing Agent is Amy Anderson with $750,000 in listings sold and $1.5 million in total sales.
