April Was a Hot Month for Our Realtors – $14 Million in Sales!

We had a great month in April! The company brought in $14 million in sales and over $8 million in closings. The Northeast Florida market is really heating up. The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ market stats showed the pending sales for March jumped 10% from last March to 2,893, which is the highest number of contracts written in any month (including the peak of the market in 2005). Sales were booming in April as well! Congrats to all our hard-working Realtors!

Top Listing Agent – Margherite Myers with $1.6 million in listings sold and $1.8 million in total sales

Top Sales Agent & Top Producing Agent – Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.8 million in sales for the month and over $1.2 million in closings

 

Top Jax Beach Sales Agent – Suzy Evans with $1.7 million in sales

Top Jax Beach Producing Agent – Matt Roberts with over $900,000 in closings
