Davidson Realty welcomes life-long Jacksonvillian Kevin Karn

Kevin Karn has joined our expanding sales team! Kevin comes to Davidson with a recent communications degree and experience in the auto parts industry.

“Having strong knowledge of the local market is vital in real estate as well as an eagerness to produce happy customers. I’m happy to say Kevin offers both of these qualities,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

Kevin was born and raised in Jacksonville. He earned a degree in media and communications from Florida State University and joined The Parts House as warehouse manager, and then assistant buyer. Inspired to pursue a career in real estate, Kevin recently earned his license and is excited to help customers with their buying and selling needs.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, exercising, reading, hanging out with friends, watching movies and following Philadelphia sports teams. He is also a Florida State fan, but jokes he “has many Florida Gator friends who he tolerates just fine.”
