Marketing pro Carolyn Palacios joins sales team at Davidson Realty

Davidson Realty recently welcomed Carolyn Palacios to its expanding sales team! Carolyn comes to Davidson with decades of experience in marketing and education.

“Carolyn has a skilled approach to marketing and she is dedicated to helping people as an educator,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty.

Originally from New Jersey, Carolyn holds an English degree from West Virginia University. After a foray into teaching, she pursued a career with Merrill Lynch working in marketing and training. Carolyn and her family relocated to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1997 where she worked in marketing for a local bank. She later returned to education as a tutor for students with learning disabilities.

As a Realtor, Carolyn is eager to utilize her experience in marketing and service to help her customers though the real estate process.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family, helping students, traveling, collecting antiques, hanging out at the beach and dedicating time to church ministries like CRHP (Christ Renews his Parish) and Walking with a Purpose bible group at Lady Star Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach.
