Tim Nemethy teams up with Shelley Nemethy at Davidson Realty

We are pleased to announce that we recently welcomed Tim Nemethy to our growing sales team! Tim joins wife and agent Shelley Nemethy, who has been a Davidson agent since 2013, to form The Nemethy Group.

“Tim and Shelley make a superb team,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “Each has their own talents and skills, and together, they are a real asset to their customers.”

Tim earned a degree in management information systems from the University of Central Florida. He spent years in business development and sales roles, all of which provided the opportunity to hone his skills in providing solutions to customers. Tim is eager to translate his expertise to help real estate customers throughout Northeast Florida.

Tim enjoys surfing and spending time with Shelley and their twin daughters Stephanie and Michelle.

The Nemethy Group is based in Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office.
