Jacksonville Real Estate Trends: Davidson Realty Agents Have Been Very Busy

As we move into the spring selling season, our Davidson Realty agents have been very busy working to help 400 families make their dreams come true in 2019 buying or selling a home.

 

Our Top Producer, Top Lister and Top Selling Agent for February is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha had $1.9 Million in sales for the month. Mirtha continues to receive recognition for her great customer service. She was recently honored by the Northeast Florida Homebuilders Association at their Laurel Awards and with a 2019 Seven Star “Certificate of Excellence in Real Estate” by Broker★Agent Advisor.

 

The Top Producing and Top Selling Team at Davidson Realty for February is Shelley and Tim Nemethy. They are a great husband/wife team that sold $1.1 Million in February. You might see Tim out surfing soon and Shelley leads a Bible Study at our office each week. Keep an eye out for our next study which will be starting in a few weeks.

 

 

 

Our Top Producing agent at the Jacksonville Beach office is Candy Gil. Candy was our Top Producer and Top Listing agent last month and continues to help many families in the beach area and St. Johns County.

 

 

 

 

The Top Sales agent at the Jacksonville Beach office is Steve Rodriguez. Steve was our Top Rookie of the Year for 2018 and can be found on many Saturdays giving out water to dogs and humans at the beach. He loves his dogs and enjoys giving back to pet friendly causes.
