Congratulations to our TOP Producers for July!

Davidson Realty just celebrated our 30th anniversary. Thanks to everyone for all of the support over these three decades!

 

July was a great month with $10 Million in closings and I would like to recognize our Top producers.

 

Our Top Producer with the most closings for the month was Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha just wrapped up her Back to School Drive collecting needed supplies for St. Johns County students. She also supports Nease High School especially the Marching Band and ROTC.

 

The Top Sales agent is Terri Apodaca. Terri is one of the hosts of a great business networking event held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Renaissance. Come meet Terri at the next event.

 

The Top Lister of the month is Pam Lareau. Pam taught in the St. Johns County Public Schools for 20 years. What great training for working with her wonderful customers.

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team is Shelley and Tim Nemethy. Shelley is the newest board member for Davidson Cares, our non-profit serving families in Northeast Florida.

 

Our Jacksonville Beach office had an amazing month with Matt Roberts as our Top Producer. Matt helped four families make a move this month using his extensive knowledge of the beach. Matt also taught a class for our team this month on social media.

 

Our Top Sales agent for the Jacksonville Beach office is Candy Gil. Candy know the entire beach area having lived in the Ponte Vedra area for many years. Candy and Mirtha are originally from Cuba and love working with our Spanish language customers.
