Long-time educator Reba Barkley joins Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village team

We are pleased to welcome Reba Barkley to our sales team in World Golf Village! Reba’s background includes 25 years as an educator.

 

“Reba is truly an expert communicator and more importantly, an expert listener,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “Her experiences in education and life make her a great partner to customers. We are happy to have Reba on our team.”

 

Reba originates from Atlanta where she attended Spelman College. As an educator she has served as a special needs teacher, elementary school principal and assistant professor. Due to her husband Bill’s corporate relocations, Reba and her family moved frequently through the years. She credits this with helping her to become skilled at buying and selling as well as creating smooth family transitions.

 

Today, Reba looks forward to helping other families navigate the real estate process.

 

Reba is committed to community service through Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, The Links, Incorporated and the National Alumna Association of Spelman College. Over the years, Reba has served on Boards for United Way, Girl Scouts Council, St. Francis Medical Center and The Caring Council. She also served as a Trustee of The Southern Baptist Seminary.

 

Reba and Bill have two grown daughters, Tamika and Amber, as well as four grandchildren. In her free time, Reba enjoys reading, singing, traveling and participating in Bible Study Fellowship (known as BSF).
