Here at Davidson Realty we thought it would be neat to give you an inside view like no other to our fabulous team.  In this fun agent spotlight blog series we will be Playing 20 Questions where we get up close and personal with our agents. Today we are featuring agent Candy Gil.

 

 

1.) In three sentences or less tell us a little bit about yourself.

I was born in Cuba, came to this country when I was 9yrs. old, with my parents and two brothers.  I was a Spanish teacher.

 

2.) What do you like best about living here in Northeast Florida (can be specific area, i.e. WGV, Jax Beach, PVB, etc.).

Weather, People are friendly, its beautiful beaches.

 

3.) What is your favorite indoor or outdoor activity?

Indoor:  Cooking    Outdoor: Golfing

 

4.) If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Swim

 

5.) What advice do you have for anyone looking to sell or buy right now?

If you are ready to buy, look for that perfect house and buy it and if you want/need to sell, go right ahead. 

 

6.) What would you name the autobiography of your life?

The Luckiest Girl

 

7.) What three traits define you?

Social, Sincere, sometimes to a fault, Optimist

 

8.) If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

Share it with family.

 

 

 

9.) In your opinion what’s the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today?

Color is being introduced again.

 

10.) What would you be doing if you were not helping people buy or sell homes?

I can’t think of anything specific because at the moment I get to help families buy/sell and still get to do the things I enjoy.

 

11.) Where is your favorite place to be?

Home

 

12.) If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?

Mother Theresa

 

13.) If you could be any fictional movie or book character, who would it be?

Wonder Woman

 

14.) What are your top 5 movies in no particular order?

At a friend’s house.

Pizza

 

19.) What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

It’s All Going to Work Out.

 

20.) Lastly, what is your favorite thing about working in real estate?

The People I meet and often end up becoming friends.
