Here at Davidson Realty we thought it would be neat to give you an inside view like no other to our fabulous team.  In this fun agent spotlight blog series we will be Playing 20 Questions where we get up close and personal with our agents.  Today we are featuring agent Terry Pittman.

 

 

1.) In three sentences or less tell us a little bit about yourself.

I was born in St. Augustine at the old Flagler Hospital and lived on Oneida St. for a bit before my family moved to Jacksonville. My mother’s side of the family has very deep roots in St. Augustine. I had a rewarding career with JEA working in the Northside Generating Facility. I have been married to my beautiful wife for 34 years and we have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren. I am now fulfilling my longtime dream of being a Realtor.

 

2.) What do you like best about living here in Northeast Florida (can be specific area, i.e. WGV, Jax Beach, PVB, etc.).

I love the variety of outdoor activities we have here with our beaches, river and parks.

 

3.)What is your favorite indoor or outdoor activity?

Reading, spending time at the beach, photography.

 

4.) If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Flying

 

5.) What advice do you have for anyone looking to sell or buy right now?

Find and work with a Realtor that will have your best interests as their priority and one that you can build a lasting relationship with.

 

6.) What would you name the autobiography of your life?

Why am I still here?

 

7.) What three traits define you?

Honest, Hardworking, Diligent

 

8.) If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

Thank God!

 

9.) In your opinion what’s the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today?

I see some developments designing homes with front porches.

 

10.) What would you be doing if you were not helping people buy or sell homes?

Spending time traveling with my wife.

 

11.) Where is your favorite place to be?

Anywhere near the water.

 

12.) If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?

The Apostle Paul

 

13.) If you could be any fictional movie or book character, who would it be?

Indiana Jones

 

14.) What are your top 5 movies in no particular order?

1)  Willy Wonka (the original)

15.) What are your top 5 favorite bands/artists or podcasts to listen to?

1) Juliana (my wife)

16.) What book are you currently enjoying and would you recommend it?

The Bible and yes I would.

 

17.) Where is your favorite place to eat?

Ruth’s Chris.

 

18.) If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Steak and potatoes.

 

19.) What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

Don’t be stupid, be very choosy who you call friends.

 

20.) Lastly, what is your favorite thing about working in real estate?

Helping others find a place they can call home and building long term relationships.
