Here at Davidson Realty we thought it would be neat to give you an inside view like no other to our fabulous team.  In this fun agent spotlight blog series we will be Playing 20 Questions where we get up close and personal with our agents.  Today we are featuring agent Elizabeth “Liz” Pappaceno.

 

 

1.) In three sentences or less tell us a little bit about yourself.

I was born in Union New Jersey, moved to Florida in 2008 and retired from Government Service after 27 years.

 

2.) What do you like best about living here in Northeast Florida (can be specific area, i.e. WGV, Jax Beach, PVB, etc.).

I love the weather, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor activities.

 

3.) What is your favorite indoor or outdoor activity?

Love sitting on the beach and reading a good book.

 

4.) If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn American Sign Language.  I actually took the class at Flagler Adult Learning.

 

5.) What advice do you have for anyone looking to sell or buy right now?

Be open minded.  You may not be able to get everything you want, so think about what you can’t live without and focus on that.

 

6.) What would you name the autobiography of your life?

My Crazy World!

 

7.) What three traits define you?

Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty

 

8.) If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

Take a trip around the world.

 

9.) In your opinion what’s the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today?

I love the new things they are doing with kitchens.

 

10.) What would you be doing if you were not helping people buy or sell homes?

Be bored!!! Spending time with my dogs, Brooklyn & Peaches.

 

11.) Where is your favorite place to be?

Home or the beach

 

12.) If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?

Famous – Abraham Lincoln

Not famous – my paternal Grandfather (he died when I was 5)

 

13.) If you could be any fictional movie or book character, who would it be?

Belle from Beauty and the Beast.  She was smart, adventurous, caring and saw the good in people.

 

14.) What are your top 4 movies in no particular order?

1)  Beauty and the Beast

2)  Green Book

4)  Officer and a Gentleman

 

15.) What are your top 5 favorite bands/artists or podcasts to listen to?

1) Eagles

2) Michael Jackson

3) The Police

4) Katy Perry

5) Bruno Mars

 

16.) What book are you currently enjoying and would you recommend it?

Triggered by Donald Trump Jr. Yes, I am enjoying it.

 

17.) Where is your favorite place to eat?

Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille

 

18.) If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza

 

19.) What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

Follow your heart.  It will be OK.

 

20.) Lastly, what is your favorite thing about working in real estate?

Finding the perfect home for people and being there when they get the keys.
