CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS FOR NOVEMBER

The holiday season is here, but real estate is still very active. Congratulations to all of our Top Producers for November.

 

The Top Producer with the most closings for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $1.6 Million in closings. Mirtha also has the most overall sales with over $1 Million in sales. All while having multiple toy and food drives for the Homeless Coalition and treating her customers to pies for Thanksgiving and Poinsettias and eggnog for Christmas.

 

 

 

The Agent with the most Buyer Sales is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer found two buyers the perfect home. She is very creative in this market with homes moving so quickly. You have to know the market well to assist buyers in this great market.

 

 

 

 

The Top Listing agent with the most listings going under contract is Liz Pappaceno. Liz sold a vacant lot, a condo and a single family home to help three sellers achieve their goals. Liz also participated in toy and food drives for the Homeless Coalition.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for November is the Nemethy Group. Tim and Shelley Nemethy have had an amazing year helping so many families buy or sell. The Nemethy’s honor their customers every year at Thanksgiving with a small gathering and a wonderful pie.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producer and Top Sales Agent at our Jacksonville Beach office is Steve Rodriguez. Steve had three sales totaling over $800,000 for the month. Steve was decorating our office with Christmas decorations and then setting up at the Deck the Chairs event all while helping is customers.
