CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS FOR DECEMBER & THE 4TH QUARTER

It is time to celebrate the end of 2020 and our Top Producers for December and the 4th quarter. I am so proud of our team at Davidson Realty and the challenges they faced this year.

 

The Top Producer (most closings) and Top Sales agent for the month and quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped customers find homes even though we are experiencing a shortage of available homes by also considering new construction. She had contracts with four different builders during the quarter. She helped customers buy or sell homes in World Golf Village and all over north Florida. She does whatever it takes to help her customers achieve their dreams.

 

 

The Top Listing agent for the month and quarter is Lynn Whitley. Lynn helped four customers to sell their homes during the quarter. Lynn has many years of real estate experience and has been a member of our team for over 12 years. She loves a challenge and handles many interesting properties.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for the month and the quarter is The Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim Nemethy love all their repeat customers. They have helped many customers sell their existing home and buy something more appropriate as their needs have changed. They have created many advocates that recommend Shelley and Tim to everyone they know.

 

 

 

The Jacksonville Beach office is booming and Jennifer Todd is the Top Producer and Top Sales agent for December and the Top Sales agent for the 4th quarter. Jennifer has worked for builders and has so much knowledge of new construction. She also has worked in Amelia Island to St. Augustine and all places in between. Jennifer lives in the Jacksonville beaches area now and loves selling the beach lifestyle.

 

 

The Top Producing agent for the Jacksonville Beach office for the quarter is Steve Rodriguez. Steve loves the beaches area and all things pet related. He helped one customer sell their property and two others find just the home they wanted.
