CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS FOR JULY!

Davidson Realty is celebrating a great month of July with $14 million in closings and $15.3 million in sales. Our agents continue to work hard to stay knowledgeable of the market including new construction.

 

The Top Producer (most closings) and Top Sales agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga. While closing four homes for customers in July, she sold 7 homes for a volume of $3.1 million. Mirtha receives great reviews from customers and is extremely professional.

 

 

 

 

The Top Listing Agent for July is Liz Pappaceno. Liz sold over $1.3 million in listings. Liz enjoys volunteering, spending time with family and gaining more skills to help her customers. If you are considering selling your home, give Liz a call.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for July is the Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim closed $2 million and sold $3 million for the month. They have many happy customers that continue to refer friends and family to this dynamic team.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing Agent for our Jacksonville Beach Team is Jennifer Todd. Jennifer had over $1 million in closings for the month. Jennifer is a seasoned professional with experience all over Northeast Florida with new construction and resales.

 

 

 

 

The Top  Sales Agent for our Jacksonville Beach Team is Steve Rodriguez. Steve had over $400,000 in sales for the month. Steve loves all pets and the Jacksonville Jaguars. His customers love his passion and enthusiasm for everything he does.
