CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP PRODUCERS IN SEPTEMBER & THE THIRD QUARTER!

The real estate market is still very active but a little less crazy than a few months ago. It is a great time to list your home with many buyers looking for a home.

 

We had a great September with over $10 Million in closings and over $17 Million in sales.

 

The Top Producer for September and the 3rd quarter is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha is also the Top Sales Agent and Top Lister for the quarter. Mirtha closed and sold over $5 Million for the quarter. With all of her awards, Mirtha is very focused on each customer’s needs. Most of her business is generated from referrals from all of her satisfied customers.

 

 

 

The Top Sales Agent for September is Reba Barkley with $1.9 Million in sales for the month. Reba provides extra responsive service and care to each customer. Her background as an educator for 25 years honed her skills of listening, assessing and meeting her customers needs and they love working with her.

 

 

 

 

The Top Listing Agent is Margherite Myers with over $1 Million in listings sold. Margherite has many satisfied customers in the World Golf Village area. She has experience with relocations and would love to help you with your next move.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for September is Vern and Deborah Shadowen with $1.4 Million in sales. Vern and Deb enjoy supporting the local school their grandson attends and spending time with family.

 

 

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales Team for the 3rd quarter is The Nemethy Group. Tim and Shelley Nemethy had almost $5 Million in closings for the quarter. They love living in Northeast Florida enjoying the beach, boating and surfing when they are not helping customers.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producer and Top Sales for September and Top Sales for the quarter for our Jacksonville Beach team is Candy Gil with over $2 Million in sales for the quarter. Candy is fluent in Spanish and loves helping first-time homebuyers and downsizing retirees. She loves spending time with her family and giving back to her community.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producer for our Jacksonville Beach team for the 3rd quarter is Jennifer Todd with $2 Million in closings for the quarter. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of all Northeast Florida real estate and worked selling new construction for many years. She enjoys rooting for all teams from University of Tennessee and visiting her grandchildren whenever possible.
