ESTATE SERVICES: 

Monthly Service ($500.00/month)

  • Visual reviews are conducted weekly, with reports sent through Propertyware.
  • All faucets are to be run and toilets flushed weekly.
  • Washing machine and dishwasher are to be run monthly.
  • HVAC filters are to be changed monthly (filters provided by the owner).
  • Miscellaneous tasks, including lawn/plant watering, mail check, etc.

 

Pay Per Visit ($150.00/visit)

  • Ideal for vacationers.
  • Payment is made only for visits when specific tasks are required.
  • Services include preparing the home for your arrival or handling necessary duties while you’re away.

 

Additional Services ($50.00/hr)

  • Assistance offered in coordinating various projects.
  • Services include hiring painters, contractors, and other service providers.
  • Provide access to your property for service providers and oversee the project.
