As we “fall” into the season of thanksgiving we are setting aside our normal Q&A with our agents this month to express our deepest gratitude to all our agents and staff here at the Davidson Companies for always professionally serving our customers!  We especially want to recognize our Top Performers for their exemplary performance in October.  We are truly grateful for them and extremely proud of their success!

 

 

Our Top Producer for October in her inaugural debut and our Top Lister is Jennie Bermudez with over $1.5 Million in closings and $460,000 in listings under contract!  Jennie’s dedication, market insight, and exceptional customer relationships have truly set her apart.  Her commitment to excellence is an inspiration to us all!

 

 

Our Top Producing Team in Closings and Sales for the month is The Nemethy Group with $242,812 in closings and over $1.6 Million in pending sales.  Shelley and Tim Nemethy have consistently secured their position as our power duo achieving tops in their business!  Their synergy and collaborative approach have undoubtedly contributed to their well-deserved success.

 

 

 

 

Our Top Overall Sales Agent, Top Buyer Sales and Top Jacksonville Beach Team Sales for October is Jennifer Todd with $640,000 in overall pending sales.  Jennifer’s success is a testament to her local market expertise and the trust she has earned from her many new and repeat customers alike. Her commitment to delivering unparalleled service and her impressive results make her a true asset to our team.

 

 

 

Our Top Commercial Agent for the month is Sam Davidson with over 1.7 million in pending sales.  Sam’s expertise in the commercial real estate realm has rightfully earned him this title for October.  His strategic approach and understanding of the commercial market are invaluable and attributes to much of his great success in this sector.
