Mirtha Barzaga: Top Producer, Top Lister, and Top Overall Sales Agent

 

With over $5.1 million in closings and over $3.7 million in pending sales, Mirtha Barzaga is our top producer, top lister, and top overall sales agent for Q2. Beyond her impressive sales numbers, Mirtha is a passionate advocate for her community. She is currently organizing a back-to-school backpack drive to help 100 needy children in our local schools receive the supplies they need to start the school year off right.

The Nemethy Group: Top Producing Team and Top Sales Team

 

Shelley and Tim Nemethy of The Nemethy Group had over $4 million in closings and over $4.5 million in pending sales this quarter. Candy Gil: Top Producer for Jacksonville Beach Team

Sam Davidson: Top Commercial Producer and Top Commercial Sales Agent

 

Sam Davidson is our top commercial producer and top commercial sales agent for Q2, with over $1 million in closings and over $3.2 million in pending sales. Specializing in development, commercial, and land real estate, Sam’s attention to detail and negotiating skills are second to none.

 

Reba Barkley: Top Buyer Sales Agent

 

Reba Barkley excelled as our top buyer sales agent for Q2, with over $1.4 million in buyer contracts. Reba is also a key player in the backpack drive initiative, helping children from the Betty Griffin House return to school with the supplies they need.
