One myth some sellers believe is their home should be listed at a certain price because their neighbor’s home sold at that price. This approach doesn’t take anything else about the home into consideration. So much more goes into pricing a home correctly, such as square footage, current updates, location, age, lot size, pool and much more. If your neighborhood is on a lake, ocean or preserve, each home will have a unique view and access.”
