Cindy has long had a passion for real estate. In fact, it may just run in her blood. She started her career working in a dermatology practice, focusing on administration management. During her 25-year career, she indulged in her passion by purchasing and managing properties in North Carolina and Florida. This experience gave her extensive knowledge of the customer side of home buying.

Cindy’s daughter and son are licensed real estate agents. Her other daughter chose a different career path as a Quality Manager with a government contracting company in Washington, DC. Her son has been a successful top real estate agent serving California, North Carolina and Florida for over 10 years. Inspired by her children, decided to take the leap and become one herself. She is determined to become a top agent herself, bringing the same dedication and passion to her work.

“When my husband and I moved to North Florida, I decided it was time to officially pursue my long-time real estate passion,” says Cindy. “My husband and I have personally bought, sold and invested in properties across North Carolina and Florida, giving me a deep understanding of the real estate journey from both a client’s and an agent’s perspective. Originally from eastern North Carolina, Cindy has lived in South and North Florida for over 18 years and has no plans of calling anywhere else home. She and her husband Gerald have three grown children, three grandchildren and three grand dogs. Cindy and Gerald recently rescued a 7lb Yorkie mix named Malla and love spoiling her.  When she is not helping clients, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, boating and volunteering in her community.
