Congratulations to our TOP Producers in July!

As the summer heat rises, so does the success of our top sales agents, and we’re here to celebrate their achievements and share their insight.  This month we asked them what are they most excited to see being developed or “coming soon” in Northeast Florida?

Our Top Producer for July is Reba Barkley with over $1.8 million in closings for the month.

Reba – I’m excited about the new Jaguars complex. I’ve always wished Jacksonville had a vibrant downtown, like other major cities, that would enhance our city’s image as a “top destination” for visitors. This complex is a step in that direction!

Positive impacts of the complex include increased tourism to Northeast Florida, enhanced fan experiences, revenue through events, potentially local development, and job opportunities.  

Building a sense of community pride is essential. What a great location to provide residents and visitors with access to community events,  activities, and opportunities to experience the Jaguars “up close” at a new state-of-the-art facility. 

These draws could collectively contribute to a positive impact on the local community, tourism, business environment, and real estate market in Jacksonville.

Our Top Lister for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.7 million in closings and $440,000 in pending listing sales.

Duval County

In Jacksonville there is a New Master Planned community called Seven Pines, it offers contemporary style homes in a neighborhood centered around connecting with friends, family, and nature.

Our Top Overall Sales and our Top Sales Agent for our Jacksonville Beach team for July is Jennifer Todd with over $550,000 Million in pending sales.

Jennifer – A 73-acre site has been identified on SR 16A for the complex. As stated by , JAXUSL President and CEO Steve Livingstone told Jacksonville Today. “Three of the 15 fields we are proposing would be for our training base for the men’s and women’s pro teams,” he said. “An additional 12 fields would be specifically for community use and for use of youth soccer clubs in the area. There’s also an opportunity for us to develop the site as one for regional and national tournament play.”

Our Top Producing Team in Closings and Sales for the month is the Nemethy Group with Shelley and Tim Nemethy.  They had over $1.3 Million in pending sales.

Shelley & Tim – When we first moved to the World Golf Village area almost twenty years ago, our biggest complaint was driving to everything that we needed! The closest Publix was 25 minutes away! We are fortunate to have so many new opportunities for shopping, eating and medical so conveniently located in the World Golf Village area now.

Also, it looks like our community will also be benefiting from a new 15 field community sports facility and training site off 16A. It will cater to men’s and women’s soccer. JAXUSL President and CEO Steve Livingstone said in a news release, “The proposed development off 16A forms part of the county’s Four Parks Master Plan Project and would feature up to nine natural grass soccer fields, five multipurpose synthetic turf fields, one pro turf soccer field, and an eight-lane athletics track and mini stadium suitable for Special Olympics and regional events with bleacher seating for up to 3,000 spectators.” The article in the Daily Record dated July 19, 2023 states that the proposal includes full community access to the fields and park facilities which would also include walking trails, playground and picnic areas, a pavilion, concessions and public parking.
