Congratulations to our TOP Producers in December & the Fourth Quarter!

Another year in the books for Davidson Realty happily serving the Northeast Florida community in all things real estate and so much to be grateful for especially our agents who make it happen on a daily basis for our customers!  We want to specifically acknowledge our TOP Agents for their achievements and success in December and the 4^th Quarter of 2023 and share with you their most memorable moments in real estate last year.

Our Overall Top Producer and Top Producer of our Jacksonville Beach Team for December as well as our Top Agent and Top Producer of our Jacksonville Beach Team for the 4^th quarter is Candy Gil with over 1.2 Million in closings and sales!

Candy – 2023 was a challenging year in real estate. However, after spending many months looking for a home for a lovely couple from Pennsylvania, not having any luck, and  just when we thought it wasn’t going to happen in 2023, one comes on the market, early December, they loved it, put in their offer, was accepted,  closed on her birthday and they and family were able to celebrate the holidays in their brand new home.  It was a great way to end the year.  I look forward to a great 2024.

Our Top Producing Team in Closings and Sales for December and the quarter is The Nemethy Group.  Shelley and Tim Nemethy had over 1 Million in closings and over 3.2 Million in sales to finish Q4!

Shelley & Tim – There are many memorable “Real Estate” moments from 2023! The most memorable was helping our dear friends in selling their beach condo for top dollar and then assisting them in finding the home of their dreams on the intracoastal. Being a part of the process as Realtors and friends was very special.

Our Top Producer for the 4th quarter is Margherite Myers with over 1.8 Million in closings!

Margherite – “The most memorable moment in real estate for 2023 was witnessing dreams come true as families found their perfect homes. Each sale represented not just a transaction, but the beginning of a new chapter filled with joy, hope, and the promise of a brighter future. Thank you for allowing me to be part of these unforgettable moments. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous New Year!”

Our Top Lister, Top Buyer Sales and Top Overall Sales Agent for December and the 4th quarter is Mirtha Barzaga with over 3.1 Million in sales!

Mirtha – Even though I have been moving families in and out of their homes for different reasons in the NE Florida area for almost 20 years, there are still sales that make me stop and say, “this is why I do this; I do not sell homes, I help people.”

This past year there were a couple of transactions that stayed with me and reinforced my purpose for being in the profession I’m in.

1. A battered woman, needed to sell her place to make herself disappear from her ex-husband.  I listed her place and had a buyer who was looking to get into that community.  I was able to get her place sold for what she wanted and hold her hand while we went through the process, all the way to the time she got on a plane and moved out of the area.  Through contacts from my assistant, we were able to get someone to pick her up at the airport on the other end and place her in a rental and help her find a new beginning.
2. A family who had arrived from Cuba 4 years earlier and worked in the medical industry relocated here from Miami on a job transfer. I was able to help them qualify for a mortgage and find them the perfect home near their job (better than what was expected for their budget) and help them settle in. 

The gratitude these two have shown me and the feeling of worth I got by helping them are worth more than all the money I made the entire year.

Our Top Sales Agent for Jacksonville Beach Team for the month is Jennifer Todd.

Jennifer – 2023 will be a year to remember!  I can’t single out one specific memory because each transaction has its own define memory.  Buyers and sellers are both moving on to a new adventure and have accomplished their goal. So, here’s to 2023 and I am looking forward to 2024!

Our Top Commercial Agent for the month and the quarter is Sam Davidson with almost 3.3 Million in closings and over 2.6 Million in sales!

Sam– My most memorable moment was when my father stepped down and named me the president of Davidson Development. I had worked under him for the past 10 years learning everything I could from his 40+ years of experience in the real estate industry. It was a very special moment when he said it was time for me to take the lead.
