Congratulations to our TOP Producers in May

May was spectacular closing month for buyers and sellers alike. We are so appreciative of our team of real estate advisors who helped people make their customer’s real estate dreams a reality. It’s time to recognize our top agents for May! In our Q&A blog with our TOPS, we asked our best this month to share their top 3 local businesses they like to support. Read on for their suggestions:

Our Overall Top Producer for our company as well as our Jacksonville Beach team is Candy Gil with over 2.5 Million in closings for the month.
Candy – My top three locally owned businesses that I love are the following and not in any particular order.

1) Cottage By The Sea – It is owned by a good friend, Dale Gray, and they carry great furniture, and gift items for any season. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It has been at the beach for over 20 years.

2) MOS – Owned and operated by Lourdes McGuire – also at the beach for over 20 years. You need beautiful plant arrangements or gift items, candles, jewelry, clothes, MOS is the place to go. She will take the simplest plant and turn it into a beautiful arrangement.

3) Carla’s Shoes – There you will find shoe brands that are not available in our local Department Stores. The ladies that work there are friendly and will help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Our Top Lister and Top Overall Sales Agent for May is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.9 Million in pending sales. She also had over $1.6 Million in closings on the month!

1) Poppys Italiano Restaurant, 104 Ashourian Ave Ste 101 St Augustine, FL 32092, (904) 679-3657 – They have authentic Italian Cuisine. The closest I can find to Italian home cooking. They take reservations, are very friendly and provide excellent customer service.

2) Murabella Nail and Spa, murabellanailspa.com , 105 Murabella Pkwy St. Augustine, FL 32092, (904) 342-2922 – I have been using them since they opened. They are very friendly, clean and experts at what they do. Rose is my go-to girl for my manicures. They also do the best pedicures I have ever had. I’m there at least twice a month.

3) 1926 Cuban Bistro Café , 160 Shops Blvd, St Johns, FL 32259, (904) 209-5162 – It is the perfect place for a quick bite and to reminisce of my Cuban Heritage. It’s also close by and easy to park. They have been the closest I have found to my Cuban cooking.

Our Top Sales Agent for our Jacksonville Beach Team in May is Caitlyn Hawkins with 620,000 in pending sales!

1) I love the Turner and Proctor Ace Hardware Stores. You can pick up a gallon of paint, exotic plants in a ceramic planter, a piece of furniture, and unique gifts all in one trip.

2) Taco Lu is always a safe bet for a solid taco night. The food is amazing, drinks are on point, and they are one of my gluten free safe places.

3) Beam at the Beaches is another local business I like to support. Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministries has a food pantry I frequently donate to as part of a local community outreach. They’ve also got a thrift shop that helps support the community and cause as well.

1) Russ Cooley at Perfect Printing Solutions – Russ handles all our large printing jobs and promotional materials. He offers incredible service at very desirable rates. I would highly recommend you give Russ a call for your business needs.

2) Chad Dean with Cowford Title – We have been working closely with Chad and his team for several years now. Cowford Title is one of the best title companies we have ever worked with. They are incredibly detailed and communicative to insure a smooth transaction.

3) Mike Koppenhafer with Fisher Koppenhafer Architecture and Interior Design – I work with Mike and his team on all my personal projects and I recommend him to all my clients. They offer an incredible service and Mike is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. Our Top Rental Agent for the month is Clay Martin!

1) YMCA in World Golf Village – I spend a lot of time here and have found the facilities and people to be so amazing. The best gym environment I have ever been a part of, more than just a gym.

2) The new Publix in World Golf Village – sounds crazy but I like having 2 Publix’s and even though we use the older one more often the new Publix is a nicer location because of the food and eating options. A very nice add for this area.

3) Costco in World Golf Village – is the end of all my favorite places to shop, love the options, service and location.
