Davidson Awards Party 2025

We recently took the time to honor and celebrate our innovative, fun and hard-working team at a special awards ceremony and luncheon at Maggiano’s Little Italy at the St. Johns Town Center. This year, we handed out awards for Production, Service and Special categories as well as our fun “Davies” – or office superlatives voted by our agents and staff.

We first celebrated Davidson Realty team member, Tiffany Fisher, who took home the top Davidson Property Management Award, which included Most Rentals in 2024 and Davidson Property Management’s Rookie of the Year. Our successful property management division couldn’t run as smoothly as it does without the unparalleled devotion of people like Tiffany – and our incredible Property Management Team, Laura Hendricks and Amy Thornton! Their dedication and hard work help make Davidson Property Management a trusted name for landlords and tenants alike.

Next up! Service Awards – honoring the Davidson staff who are celebrating milestone anniversaries. We recognized Laura Hendricks, who has been with the Davidson Companies for 20 years, Margherite Myers and Ron Savarese for 15 years and Liz Pappaceno for 10 years as well as Reba Barkley, who has been with Davidson Realty for 5 years. Thank you for your loyalty and commitment to our team!

For a real estate company like Davidson Realty, with more than 35 years in business in our community, celebrating top producing agents is as fun as it gets! Our Production Awards this year went to Mirtha Barzaga for $17 million closed and $14.5 million sold; The Nemethy Group (Shelley and Tim Nemethy), who were awarded TOP TEAM and recognized for $12 million closed and $10.5 million sold; Candy Gil for $4.5 million closed and $5 million sold; Margherite Myers for $4 million closed and $3.5 million sold; Reba Barkley recognized for $3.5 million closed and $3.5 million sold; Terri Apodaca recognized for $3.5 million closed and $3 million sold; and Jennifer Todd, who was recognized for $3 million closed and $3 million sold. A huge thank you to our group of go-getters!

Additional Production Awards went to Clay Martin, Davidson Realty’s 2024 Rookie of the Year, for an outstanding year in the business, as well as our prestigious Triple Crown Award bestowed upon Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha was recognized as Top Listing Agent of the Year, Top Selling Agent of the Year and Top Closing Agent of the Year. She has won this award for the fifth year in a row and eight times out of the last nine years. Go, Mirtha!

At Davidson Realty, we believe that hard work should be rewarded. That’s why we give our team members incentive to work hard! Each year, Davidson Realty awards a $10,000 bonus to agents who reach $10 million in individual sales or $15 million for a team. The bonus is paid out over four years, with $2,500 distributed annually, provided the agent or team remains with us at the time of payment.

This year, The Nemethy Group (Shelley and Tim Nemethy) are receiving a $5,000 bonus for their continued success from previous wins, and Mirtha is being awarded a $10,000 bonus for achieving this milestone every year since the incentive began in 2016.

Highlights of our event included a heartfelt blessing by our owner and Chief Cheerleader, Sherry Davidson, along with “Davies” superlatives like Worst Parker and Giving Gurus. A huge thank you to Andrea Gallagher, our Sales and Training Manager, who made this all possible and our fabulous photographer, Peyton Davidson, for capturing these special moments for us.
