New Agent Zach Paul Brings Home Construction and Sales Experience to His New Role with the Davidson Team

We’re happy to welcome Zach Paul to our team of Realtors serving Jacksonville and St. Augustine.  Zach’s background in home sales and construction gained from positions with two national homebuilders is valuable experience for his home selling and home buying clients.  After earning his degree in Business Management from Florida State University, Zach began his career with national homebuilders Pulte and Lennar Homes.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Zach is not only very familiar with the area, but he also brings a knowledgeable perspective from his previous experience in real estate. We’re looking forward to a bright future with Zach on board.”

Zach moved to St. Augustine as a teenager and graduated from Bartram Trail High School where he met his now wife.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife dining and exploring the St. Augustine area.  He is also active in the area’s church basketball leagues.
