The Cascades at World Golf Village Announces Availability of 26 New Homes For Sale

World Golf Village’s premier Active Adult community The Cascades has introduced 26 new homes now available for sale.  The community, designed for residents ages 55 and up, currently offers one inventory home, three permitted homes (which can be built in 100 days or less), and 22 “to be built” homes. These let the buyer choose from the available lots and select among nine luxury floor plans.
