Team Davidson Celebrates a HUGE Month in April – Over $24 Million in Sales and Over $15 Million in Closings!

April was an incredible month for our Jacksonville Realtors! We had 25 different agents with sales during the month and 23 agents with closings. And, Davidson Development President Jim Davidson and the Development team had a commercial closing in Oakleaf Plantation. Our totals came out to over $24 million in sales for April and over $15 million in closings. Congratulations to all our agents and staff on a great month of production!

Here are the top Realtors for April:

The Top Listing Agents for the month are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with $1 million in listings sold and over $1.5 million in total sales. Team Ochiltree sold two new construction homes and one resale home in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community. They also sold homes in Murabella and St. Augustine. Jock and Leah are the listing agents for the last phase of The Cascades in World Golf Village. The Top Sales Agent for April is Suzy Evans with over $1.6 million in sales. Suzy had seven sales in April and one was her own listing. Her sales were all over Jacksonville and St. Augustine, as they always are. Suzy specializes in all of Northeast Florida, including waterfront homes in Ponte Vedra or the Beaches. Make sure to give Suzy a call if you are looking to build or buy on the water.

The Top Producer for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.2 million in closings. Mirtha had eight closings during the month, four of which were in the King & Bear community in World Golf Village. She had two new construction sales and one homesite that will be new home construction with Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Mirtha has a great relationship with all our local builders, so if you are looking to build your dream home be sure to contact her.
