Celebrating our Top Realtors for September and the 3rd Quarter of 2014

Our St. Augustine Realtors ended September with $9.3 million in sales and $9 million in closings. We had 28 agents with transactions during the month. We had an incredible quarter with $32 million in sales and $39.5 million in closings! There were 39 different agents with transactions during the 3rd Quarter. Congratulations to all our hard working agents. We have to give special recognition to the Realtors that came out on top!

The Top Listing Agents for September are Pauline Cake and Woody Cake with over $700,000 in listings sold. They sold four of their own listings, one in Walden Chase, one in World Golf Village, one in Palataka and one in West Jacksonville. Pauline and Woody live, work and play in World Golf Village. The Top Sales Agent for the month and 3rd Quarter is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.7 million in sales for the month and over $3.9 million in sales for the quarter. Mirtha had a total of six sales during the month, including her own listings, new construction with Arthur Rutenberg Homes and DR Horton, and resales. For the quarter, Mirtha sold six of her own listings, all new construction with La Fontana at the Residences, two DR Horton homes, one with Inland Homes, one with Legacy Builders and one with Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Mirtha is the Listing Agent with La Fontana at the Residences, which are amazing condominiums in the heart of World Golf Village. Contact her to check them out!

The Top Producers for September and the Top Listing Agents for the 3rd Quarter are Jock Ochiltree and his wife, Leah Ochiltree with over $1 million in closings for the month. Team Ochiltree had over $1.9 million in listings sold and $2.4 million in total sales for the quarter. They had four closings during the month, two in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community. They also had one new construction home with Mattamy Homes in Jacksonville and one in Julington Creek. Jock and Leah had eight transactions during the quarter. Jock and Leah are very knowledgeable on active adult communities, as well as golf course communities.

The Top Producers for the quarter are Suzy Evans and her husband, Chris Evans with $3.4 million in closings. The Evans Team had 10 closings during the quarter, two were new construction with DS Ware Homes and Taylor Morrison Homes. Throughout the quarter, Suzy and Chris sold commercial properties, as well as residential units all over Northeast Florida. The Evans Team specializes in waterfront properties, as well as residential sales anywhere from Jacksonville and the Beaches to St. Augustine!
