Davidson Announces Five Star Agents

5 Star AgentsDavidson Realty is so proud to announce that five of our agents were named Five Star Real Estate Agents for 2009! Pictured left to right: Lyn Sappington, Pauline Cake, Dottie Lay,and Juana Husted.

Each year, Florida Homebuyer Jacksonville magazine lists the top real estate agents in Northeast Florida and each year Davidson agents make the list. The agents are chosen by an independent survey completed by recent homebuyers and other industry experts to find the best in client satisfaction. The survey asks recent homebuyers to evaluate their real estate agent based on communication, customer service, integrity, finding the right home, negotiation, marketing the home, closing preparation, market knowledge and overall satisfaction. Less than 4 percent of more than 10,000 licensed agents in the Jacksonville area make the cut, so we want you to meet the best!

Dorothy Lay is an all around asset for Davidson Realty. Her work ethic goes over and beyond the call of duty. This will be her third time accepting the Five Star Agent title. In 2008, she was awarded the company’s “President’s Award” for overall outstanding achievement. Dorothy specializes in St. Johns County and the surrounding areas.

Carol VonRabenstein (not pictured) has now been named a Five Star Agent six times, not to mention being one of the top producing agents at Davidson Realty! She and her partner, Ted Tyndall, specialize in new construction. They are representatives for Providence Homes in World Golf Village and ICI Homes in Palencia. Carol is fluent in Spanish, which has allowed her to expand Davidson Realty’s customer service.

Juana Husted always soars in customer service. Her goal is to serve her customers in their search for the perfect home or to assist the people that need to sell their property. This is her second Five Star Agent designation and we see many more in her future!

Lyn Sappington is celebrating her first Five Star Agent title, which she can add to her numerous achievements at Davidson Realty. Lyn has been named “Agent of the Month” 54 times and took the title of Top Closer, Top Sales and Top Listings Sold in 2008. She specializes in luxury homes and golf course communities ranging from Amelia Island to Palm Coast.

Pauline Cake has been with Davidson Realty since 2001 and continues to make Davidson Realty’s list of Top Agents, Top Sales and Top Producer. This is Pauline’s fourth time she’s been honored with the title of Five Star Agent. She brought Davidson their first transaction outside of World Golf Village and has continued bringing them in ever since!
