Conveniently located to the County Road 210 corridor and State Road 13, it is nestled behind a Private Gate off of Long Leaf Pine Parkway. The community features NO CDD FEES which can save upwards of $2,900/year in your tax base and boasts LOW HOA Fees of only $850.00/year. Their model—The Thomas Plus—is available to walk through Monday through Saturday 10 AM until 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM until 5 PM. The model is at 135 Oxford Estates Way, St Johns, FL 32259.

The Thomas Plus floorplan is a two-story home featuring 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and a 3-car garage coming in at 3,685sqft. There are (3) different elevations available for this plan and pricing for the Thomas Plus floor plan ranges from $449,000-$459,000 plus options and lot premiums.
