$15 Million in Sales & $14 Million in Closings in July – Congrats to Top Realtors Mirtha, Ted & Team Ochiltree!

Jacksonville’s real estate market is really heating up! July was another hot month for our Realtors and the entire First Coast market. Team Davidson had almost $15 million in sales for the month and over $14 million in closings with 29 different agents having transactions. Our entire team did an incredible job working hard to help their customers buy or sell. We have to give special recognition to our Top Realtors for the month – Mirtha Barzaga, Ted Tyndall, Leah Ochiltree and Jock Ochiltree!

The Top Listing Agent and Top Producing Agent for July is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.2 million in listings sold, $2.2 million in total sales and over $2 million in closings. Mirtha had nine sales during the month, five of which were her own listings. Two of her sales were in La Fontana, World Golf Village’s newest luxury condominiums with outstanding golf course views. Mirtha also had seven total closings in July.

Our Top Sales Agent for the month is Ted Tyndall with over $1.5 million in buyer sales. Ted had nine sales during July, eight of which were with an international investor who purchased new home builds with Mattamy Homes in the Argyle area of Orange Park.

The Top Producing Team for July is Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree with over $1 million in closings during the month. Team Ochiltree had five closings during the month in many different communities. Jock is Davidson’s resident golf course community expert. He and Leah are also extremely knowledgably about active adult communities.
