Davidson Listed Among the State’s Best Companies to Work For by Florida Trend

Davidson was recently selected as one of Florida’s Best Companies to Work For by Florida Trend magazine. We came in at #30 on the state-wide list in the Best Small Companies category.

This is the fifth time we have brought home the annual award since 2009.

“It has always remained a priority for us to create an environment that inspires continuous learning and motivates our employees,” says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

The company provides support to staff and agents through our agent mentor program, activity and wellness groups, employee outings and community events and projects.

Florida Trend selects honorees based on employee surveys about company policies, practices and demographics. Companies are divided into large, midsized and small categories.

Sherry said, “Because the award is based on input from our own employees, it means so much to receive this honor.”
