$14 Million in Sales for April – Congrats to Suzy, Amy, Ben and First Coast Rooftops!

Sales are surely picking up in Northeast Florida! Our Jacksonville Realtors brought in $14 million in sales and over $9 million in closings for the month of April. We had 29 agents with sales and 21 agents with closings! Congratulations to our entire team of professionals!

Here are our Top Realtors:

Our Top Listing Agent for the month is Suzy Evans with over $1.1 million in listings sold and over $1.6 million in total sales. Suzy sold four of her own listings and had two buyer sales. Suzy sells all over Northeast Florida from downtown Jacksonville to Palm Coast and frequents our Tops List!

The Top Sales Agent for April is Amy Anderson with over $800,000 in buyer sales. Amy recently took home our Triple Threat Award for tripling her business from 2014 to 2015. She is known for her local market knowledge and professionalism.

Ben English is our Top Producing Agent with $1.5 million in closings. Ben had three closings in Palencia, two new home sales with The Cottage Home Company and Lennar Homes. He also closed a re-sale condo in Palencia. Ben has been in the real estate business for many years and specializes in high-end homes, new and resale!

And, congrats to our Top Producing Team for April, First Coast Rooftops – Tim & Terri Overman and Amanda Houser!
