Steve Black Brings Design & Construction Expertise To Davidson Realty

We are happy to welcome Steve Black, the newest member of our team of more than 60 agents! Steve brings to Davidson close to three decades of experience in residential and commercial design and construction.

“Steve has a wealth of knowledge that will directly benefit buyers and sellers, not to mention his enthusiastic dedication to customer satisfaction,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Steve holds an environmental design degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before becoming a Realtor, he spent 27 years in the design and construction industry, working in both residential and commercial fields.

Having lived in several major cities over the years (including Seattle, New York City, Buffalo, Detroit and Paris, France), Steve and his family were glad to settle down in Julington Creek in 2000.

In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Cathy and four children, traveling, playing golf, socializing with family and friends, and watching Notre Dame football. He is highly involved in local recreational and competitive youth sports, having coached football, baseball, soccer and lacrosse teams in the Julington Creek area.
