Congratulations to our Agents on Top in October – Liz, Shelley and Suzy!

Another successful month in 2016! The company had $8.7 million in sales and $6 million in closings for October. We are very proud of our entire team.

Here are our Top Agents in October:

Congratulations to Top Listing Agent Liz Pappaceno. Liz had over $600,000 in listings sold. Two of her listings sold, one in Samara Lakes and one in St. Johns Forest. Liz is a Military Relocation Professional and a Nocatee Certified Agent. She would love to help you buy or sell!

Our Top Sales Agent is Shelley Nemethy with $1.2 million in sales for the month. Shelley had three sales in October, including a new build with MasterCraft Builder Group in Oxford Estates. Shelley has worked with many first-time homebuyers, buyers relocating to our area, as well as farm and land sales. Give her a call!

The Top Producing Agent for October is Suzy Evans with $1.7 million in closings! Suzy closed a large-scale land parcel for investment purposes. She is a regular on our Top Agents list and works with buyers and sellers all over Northeast Florida. She is very knowledgeable on waterfront properties, too!
