Davidson launches World Golf Speaker Series beginning March 7

Great news for World Golf Village residents (and future residents)! We are teaming up with Davidson Realtor Shelley Nemethy to launch a World Golf Speaker Series to provide real estate related information to the growing St. Johns County community.

Each quarterly event will include a featured speaker and refreshments provided by Bank of England.

The dates the 2017 World Golf Speaker Series, which are held at our headquarters in World Golf Village, are as follows:
Tuesday, March 7 (6-7 p.m.)
Tuesday, June 6 (6-7 p.m.)
Tuesday, September 5 (6-7 p.m.)
Tuesday, December 5 (6-7 p.m.)

Rick Pariani, Davidson Development’s Vice President of Design and Development, will be the featured speaker at the March 7 event. Rick will share information about the storied history of World Golf Village, and provide an update on the community’s newest commercial and residential developments.

“We want to tap into the pulse of the community and discuss ideas and news that interest World Golf Village residents,” said Shelley. “Attendees can expect a casual environment free of sales pitches where they can learn and share thoughts about their community alongside neighbors and friends.”

Featured speakers will be announced on here on DavidsonRealtyInc.com ahead of each event. We are aiming to include builders, real estate experts, interior design professionals, and more.
