May is a great month with graduations and end of school year activities and lots of summer vacation plans in the works. Even with all the busyness, real estate activity was very strong.

 

Our Davidson team had a great month with over $9 Million in sales as we continue to help 400 families this year.

 

 

Our Top Producer for the month with $1 Million in closings is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha loves to help customers with new construction. She is familiar with all the builders in the area and provides great value in selecting the right community and the right builder for her customers.

 

 

Our Top Sales agent for the month is Jennifer Todd with $1.6 Million in sales for the month. Jennifer helped 6 families this month moving to World Golf Village, Nocatee and Jacksonville Beach. Jennifer is also extremely knowledgeable of new construction. She worked for some of the best builders in our market for years before joining our team over 10 years ago.

 

 

Our Top Listing agent with the most listings sold in May is Matt Roberts. Matt had $1.2 Million in sales for the month and was also our Top Producing agent at the Jacksonville Beach office. Matt lives in Jacksonville Beach and is happy to share his extensive knowledge of the beach area with all of his customers.

 

 

The Top Producing Team for May is Lynn and Allen Whitley with $1.1 Million in closings for the month. They helped customers from Jacksonville Beach area to St. Augustine Beach. They will go anywhere on the first coast to help their customers with any type of property.

 

 

The Top Sales Team for May is Shelley and Tim Nemethy. They helped 4 families this month. They are an awesome husband/wife team that go over and beyond to help their customers.
