400 Families in 2019: Rich Regan

Getting a home ready to sell goes far beyond putting up a For Sale sign and snapping a few photos. Often, an agent has to put in a little elbow grease as well. Few know this better than Davidson Realty agent Suzy Evans.

 

When seller Rich Regan contacted Suzy at the recommendation of friends, she was ready with an arsenal of expert insights and time-tested resources to help him sell.

 

He knew right away he was in good hands. “Suzy sold me with her knowledge of condos in my area,” said Rich, who was looking to sell his condominium in the Avila community of Palencia.

 

For Suzy, getting Rich’s condo ready to sell through proper staging was job one. “Decorating was not a priority for me. She made a lot of suggestions as I had been living there as a single man.” He said she even went well beyond surface aesthetics, which was important when it came to the home inspection and repairs.

 

“I travel for work and I could always count on her for names and help with handymen that she had used in the past,” he said. No job was beyond Suzy’s scope as she even personally applied insulation to the outside compressor to get the job done.

 

“She was not afraid to get her hands dirty,” said Rich, who got to the closing table with Suzy’s help. Now a newlywed, Rich and his new wife Lisa reside in the King & Bear in World Golf Village.

 

 

Throughout 2019, we have aimed to help at least 400 families make a move.  As we wrap up the year, we at Davidson Realty want to thank each of our valued buyers and sellers from 2019 and beyond. Moving into 2020, we will continue our commitment to our customers, the community and each other.
