Congratulations to our TOP Producing Agents in May!

I would like to congratulate our entire team for a great month in May. We had sales of $15 Million which is an amazing month and a wonderful surprise following April where everyone was staying at home due to COVID-19.

 

The Top Producer with the most closings in May is Delilah Salameh. I continuously receive feedback from Delilah’s customers about her genuine concern and her constant communication. Delilah was born and raised in Jacksonville and can help her customers no matter where they prefer to live.

 

 

 

 

The Top Sales and Listing agent is Mirtha Barzaga. Mirtha helped four families sell their homes in May and three families buy a home. Her sales volume was over $2.5 Million for the month.  In addition to her awards for production, Mirtha won the President’s Award for 2019 for Davidson Realty for being such a valued member of our team.

 

 

 

The Top Producing and Top Sales team is the Nemethy Group. Shelley and Tim Nemethy continue their great year with over $3.5 Million in sales for the month. Shelley and Tim have been giving back from each closing to help families affected by the Coronavirus.

 

 

 

 

The Top Producer and Top Sales agent for the Jacksonville Beach office is Caitlyn Hawkins. Caitlyn is raising two great children and loves to share her extensive knowledge of issues important to families with her customers at http://closingsandcarseats.com/.
