Davidson Realty has achieved the rare distinction of becoming nationally certified to work with and understand the uniqueness of lending to military borrowers after graduating four Davidson Realty professionals from the Certified Military Housing Specialist Course, which is exclusively offered by USA Cares, Inc, a national military assistance nonprofit that gives emergency financial support to military and their families. Graduating from the course were Davidson Realty agents Ron Savarese, Keely Ragin, Shana Rivers and Christine Skaggs. “We have a large military population in North Florida and wanted to make sure that Davidson Realty is best equipped to help them through the homebuying process,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. Leah Ochiltree Joins Husband Jock as a Davidson Realty Agent

We’re thrilled to have not one but two Ochiltree agents on our team.  Leah Ochiltree has joined her husband of 44 years, Jock, as a Davidson Realty agent.  Leah and Jock plan to work as a team.  “Leah’s customer-focus and interior design background coupled with Jock’s negotiation and sales skills will serve clients well,” says Sherry Davidson.

Originally from South Florida, Leah spent much of her adult life in the San Francisco bay area working as an insurance brokerage manager, Merrill Lynch account specialist, and executive administrative assistant for several technology companies.  Upon returning to Florida, Leah pursued her entrepreneurial passion for decorating and launched her own interior design company.  She brings her keen eye for space planning, design, and understanding customer needs to her new career in real estate sales. Florida Native Brianne Nodal Joins Davidson Realty Team with Diverse Industry Experience

One of our newest agents, Brianne Nodal, brings her clients, whether looking to buy a home or sell a home, valuable insight gleaned as both a real estate investor and mortgage broker before she became a real estate agent.   Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Brianne has experience with the real estate process that benefits her clients, along with an enthusiastic dedication to customer satisfaction.  We’re happy to welcome her to our team.”

A Florida native originating from Miami, Brianne began her career in tourism as a top sales agent for a Jamaica-based all-inclusive resort.  She then worked as gift shop manager at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Coconut Grove.  Brianne and her family relocated to St. Augustine in 2004, launched a mortgage brokerage company, and began investing in local real estate.  Today, she remains passionate about the real estate field and is excited to help her new clients as a Davidson Realty agent.  Brianne and her husband of 14 years share three sons.  In her free time, she enjoys focusing on health and wellness, and dedicates her time to a Northeast Florida food co-op group.

Tammy Moorefield Joins the Davidson Realty Team

We are thrilled to welcome another agent to the Davidson Realty team of exceptional residential real estate professionals!  Tammy Moorefield is a new Davidson Realty agent who joins us with a global perspective having lived all over the world due to her husband David’s Naval career.

Tammy originates from New York.  She earned an English degree from the University of Maryland and teaching certificate from the University of West Florida.  After marrying her husband David, the Moorefield family spent 20 years moving around the world with the U.S. Navy (12 times to be exact), including Europe and Asia.  During that time, Tammy was dedicated to raising their children, serving as a teacher’s aide, managing school events, volunteering with the Military Spouses Club, and even teaching at international schools.  After her husband’s military retirement, the family settled in St. Augustine, a long-time favorite destination of theirs. The Davidson Cares Travel Raffle is a chance to win $2,500 for travel, including airfare, accommodations and entertainment for the trip you and your family want to take.  Whether it’s to visit relatives, hit the theme parks, take a cruise or whatever your heart desires.

The raffle is a fundraiser to support Davidson Cares which provides grants for our local St. Johns County schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle.
