According to several sources including the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, many experts believe we are currently holding steady at bottom or near-bottom rates. Last weekend was a busy one for Davidson Cares! Not only did we have a great turnout for the Leprechaun Chase, but we also concluded the Davidson Cares First Annual Cooler & Cocktail Raffle when Davidson Agent Ben English was drawn as winner.

Ben was chosen randomly among hundreds of entries for the raffle prize, which comprises an Igloo Glide™ 110-qt. marine wheeled cooler filled with 17 bottles of premium assorted liquors, glasses, snacks and party supplies. Read more
