April was another productive month for the Davidson Team! We had 25 different Jacksonville Realtors with sales totaling $11 million for the month and 25 different Realtors with closings totaling $6.7 million. April was also a big month for Davidson Realty’s charitable foundation, Davidson Cares. We donated over $30,000 to our local St. Johns County public schools through St. Johns County Education Foundation’s matching grant program!

Davidson Cares Finishes its Fundraising Year Strong Delivering $1,000 Grants to Local Schools!

Davidson Cares recently wrapped up its fundraising year for the St. Johns County public schools by delivering $1,000 educational grants to five local schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Nease High School. Throughout the 2014- 2015 school year, over $21,000 was raised through sponsorships and fundraising efforts! Read more

Our Jacksonville Realtors worked hard in March and it showed in our company numbers! They had a total of $11.5 million in sales, over $6 million in closings and 57 total sales for the month! Those numbers helped to make the first quarter of 2015 a great one with over $28 million in sales and over $18 million in closings.
