Davidson Cares Announces New $2,000 Title Sponsors – Thank you to MOJO Old City BBQ, Bank of England, Heekin Law & Charles Schwab

Davidson Cares is so excited to announce our newest Title Sponsors for the 2014 – 2015 school year! Title Sponsors are those at the $2,000 giving level and include MOJO Old City BBQ, Bank of England, Heekin Law and the Jacksonville Branch of Charles Schwab. All donations are distributed amongst Wards Creek Elementary School, Mill Creek Elementary School, Palencia Elementary School and Pacetti Bay Middle School.

Davidson Realty’s non-profit organization is entering its third year offering support to local World Golf Village-based schools. Last year, more than $20,000 was raised for the schools to purchase Kindle Fires, art supplies, books, technology programs and more. We can’t wait to give even more in this upcoming school year!

The Davidson Companies Close Over $22 Million in July – Here’s to our Top Jacksonville Realtors!

Another excellent month of sales and closings on the book! Twenty-six different agents had sales during July totaling over $16 million in residential sales. We also had over $22 million in closings for the month! Congratulations to our entire team on all their hard work. Davidson Realty is at it again! We were recently ranked in the Jacksonville Business Journal’s top 10 Best Places to Work in Northeast Florida and now we have come in at #30 on their 50 Fastest Growing Companies list! The Business Journal 50 acknowledges the fastest growing private companies in Northeast Florida. Several Davidson Companies’-partners, including Jim Davidson, Sherry Davidson, Ed Gil, Sam Davidson and Matthew Davidson were joined by Davidson agent Mirtha Barzaga and long-time Davidson Development employee Cindy Vaughn at the Business Journal 50 Awards Luncheon held on Thursday, July 17th at the Hyatt Downtown. Celebrating our Top Realtors for a Terrific June and Monumental 2nd Quarter!

Congratulations to all 50 of our St. Augustine Realtors for a job well done in June and a very impressive 2nd Quarter! We had $10.3 million in sales for the month and $10.5 million in closings that were all residential sales.
