Get your tickets for the chance to win the vacation of your dreams! Davidson Cares’ is now selling vacation raffle tickets for a chance to win $2500 for travel, including airfare, accommodations and entertainment for the trip you and your family want to take. Are you thinking about taking the kids to visit the grandparent’s this summer? What about a family trip to Disney, a relaxing retreat to the mountains or a girl’s trip to Vegas? You pick the place and we provide the funds!

You could win $2500 towards a vacation for you and your family, while supporting our local schools at the same time! The raffle is conducted by Davidson Cares, the corporate giving program of Davidson Realty and the Davidson Companies. Davidson Cares supports local St. Johns County Schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. With over $8,000 raised for Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School in a single night, we are just getting started! We had a wonderful night at Mile Marker Brewing for Davidson Cares’ Second Annual Novemberfest fundraiser rocking out to Dos Gringos, grubbing on Moe’s Taco Bar and bidding on awesome silent auction and raffle items all in the name of St. Johns County Schools. Team Davidson Closes Out October with over $8.8 Million in Sales!

Our Jacksonville Realtors finished strong in October with 23 different agents contributing to over $8.8 million in sales and $6.9 million in closings. October also brought more agents; we are up to 50 agents and counting! Congratulations to all of Team Davidson on a great month and welcome to all our new Realtors. The Top Listing Agent for October is Margherite Myers with $785,000 in listings sold. Margherite sold a riverfront home listing in Jacksonville. Davidson Cares’ Novemberfest is Back by Popular Demand – Get Your Tickets for the Fundraiser on November 8th!

The best fundraiser of the year is back and better than ever! Davidson Cares’ 2nd Annual Novemberfest is happening on Friday, November 8th at Mile Marker Brewing beginning at 7 pm. Come out to enjoy the best local brews (and wine), Moe’s Southwest Grill Taco Bar, live music by Dos Gringos and awesome silent auction/raffle items all to benefit our local St. Johns County Schools, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. Tickets are $25 and $20 goes directly to the four schools mentioned above. All proceeds from the raffle and silent auction items go directly to the schools! A big thank you to Title Sponsor Bank of England for helping to make this event possible.

Mirtha Barzaga Wears the Triple Crown for September and 3rd Quarter Tops!

Team Davidson finished out September and the 3rd Quarter with a bang! Our Jacksonville Realtors had $6.7 million in sales and over $8.5 million in closings for the month of September and $24.3 million in sales and $21.7 million in closings for the 3rd Quarter. Thirty different agents contributed closings for the quarter! Congratulations to all of our hard-working Realtors, especially Ms. Mirtha Barzaga who exceeded all expectations this quarter!

Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for September. She had over $2.1 million in sales for September and over $1.4 million in closings. Mirtha sold three of her listings during the month for a total of $750,000. She sold one new construction with Inland Homes, two resales in World Golf Village and a home in Ponte Vedra Beach. She had five new construction closings, one with Inland Homes, one with D.R. Horton, one with Standard Pacific and two with Legacy Builders of North Florida.
